Stabilizing Operations,
Preparing the Future.

The 50-year journey of Randall Marble and the quest to solve the headache of delivery.

The Reality of the Job

If you need cargo delivered, you know exactly what “hard work” looks like. It looks like
waking up before the sun, loading a pickup truck by hand until your body aches, and
driving to a job site only to realize you will need to hand unload. It looks like staring at a pallet of material or a bundle of lumber and wishing you had a forklift, but knowing the
budget just isn’t there. It looks like “Jake Carter” the hardworking contractor who is sick of losing jobs, wasting hours, and killing his body because his equipment isn’t built for the
work he has to do.

For decades, the hauling and delivery industry has been divided into two camps: the big
guys with CDL trucks and piggyback forklifts, and the small guys breaking their backs with
utility trailers. There was no middle ground. If you wanted to deliver a pallet, you either
needed a forklift on-site, or you unpacked it by hand. This inefficiency isn’t just annoying;
it’s expensive. It costs time. It costs contracts. And most importantly, it costs the physical
health of the people doing the work.

At ConveyMo, we believe that the definition of a successful delivery is simple: it should be
safe, it should be fast, and it should be profitable. You shouldn’t have to choose between
buying a $50,000 piece of equipment or spending three hours unloading a $300 delivery
by hand. We exist to close that gap.

Our Founder: Randall Marble

Innovation doesn’t happen in a boardroom; it happens in the field. It happens when
frustration meets experience. For Randall Marble, the Founder of ConveyMo, that
experience spans nearly 50 years. Randall isn’t just a business owner; he is a lifelong
builder, designer, and problem solver who has spent half a century focused on the building
and design of equipment to make hauling and conveying of materials easier and faster for
all users.

A Legacy of Leadership
2001 - 2015: President and CEO of Chanshare Farms

For 14 years, Randall led Chanshare Farms at Tremonton, Utah. Managing this large-scale
sod and agricultural operation is a masterclass in logistics. You are dealing with a live,
perishable product that is heavy, bulky, and difficult to move. Every minute a pallet sits on
a truck is a minute of shelf life lost. It was here, in the mud and the heat, that Randall saw
the glaring gaps in the delivery market. He saw how difficult it was to get products from
the farm to the customer without massive overhead.

2012 - 2025: Inventor, President, and CEO of Haulit

While still leading Chanshare, Randall began developing the solution. He didn’t just want a
better trailer; he wanted a completely new category of equipment. In 2012, he founded
Haulit to bring this vision to life. For over a decade, he refined the “Live-Floor” technology,
a system that allows a trailer to mechanically unload itself without hand labor, or a forklift.

Mission and Vision

This company is defined by the values of its leadership. Randall Marble didn’t build
ConveyMo to sell trailers; he built it to change how work gets done. His personal and
professional philosophy is woven into every weld and every bolt of our equipment.

"My mission is to be part of a team that stabilized operations while preparing the future."

Randall Marble

What does “stabilized operations” mean? For a business owner like “Jake”, stability is
everything. Stability means knowing your equipment will work when you turn the key.
Stability means having a delivery process that is repeatable, predictable, and safe. When
we say we are “preparing the future,” we are talking about longevity. We aren’t building
disposable tools for a disposable economy. We are building assets to build a future on.
When you hire a ConveyMo Live-Floor delvery unit, you are stabilizing your daily grind and
preparing your business for growth.

"My vision is to be engaged with people that I trust, admire, and respect."

Randall Marble

This vision extends to our customers. We want to do business with people we respect the
hardworking entrepreneurs who build businesses and hire people. Trust is the currency of
our business. If we tell you our trailer can handle 10,000 lbs of cargo, it will handle 10,000
lbs of cargo. We admire the grit it takes to run a small hauling business, and we respect
your time enough to utilize products that don’t waste it.

The Engineering Philosophy: What a "Delivery Is"

What is a delivery? To some, it’s just moving an object from Point A to Point B. To Randall
Marble, a delivery is a critical transfer of value. It is the moment you fulfill a promise to
your customer. If that transfer is messy, slow, or dangerous, you have devalued your
service.

This philosophy drives our engineering. We looked at cheap dump trailers and other
haulers and saw limitations. A dump trailer is ok for gravel, but what about pallets? What
about bundled pipe? What about nursery stock? You can’t “dump” a pallet of bricks
without destroying it. This limitation forces contractors to bring a forklift or unload by hand.

The Live-Floor Revolution

The ConveyMo Live-Floor Pallet System is the answer to this 50-year-old problem. By
utilizing a conveyor-belt floor system, we separated the “unload” from the “gravity”. You
don’t need gravity to dump the load; the floor does the work. This allows for:

  • Controlled Unloading: We can offload a pallet as gently as if you placed it down with a crane.
  • Partial Offloads: Deliver half a load here, half a load there. Try doing that with a standard dump trailer.
  • Safety: This tilt deck conveyor floor unloads without back breaking hand labor.

This is what we mean when we say we make “conveying of materials easier and faster for
all users.” We aren’t just selling you a box on wheels; we are selling you independence. We
are selling you the ability to say, “Yeah, I can deliver that,” without hesitating to check if
your brother-in-law is free to help you unload.

Why It Matters

We have seen the transformation firsthand. We have seen the “Jake Carters” of the world
go from stressed, overworked, and limited operators to confident business owners. We
have seen guys who used to dread the phone ringing start to look forward to the next big
job. Why? Because they trust their gear.

When we eliminate the physical strain of manual labor, we extend your career. When we
eliminate the need for a forklift, you lower your overhead. When we eliminate the wait
times, you increase your daily volume. It’s a flywheel effect. Stabilized operations lead to
confidence. Confidence leads to growth. Growth leads to a future you can be proud of.

Randall Marble’s 50 years of experience weren’t spent sitting in an office. They were
spent figuring out how to make this flywheel spin for you. From the fields of Chanshare
Farms to the manufacturing floor of Haulit, every lesson learned has been poured into the
ConveyMo self-unloading machines.

Join the Team

We invite you to be part of the vision. Engage with a company that trusts, admires, and
respects the work you do. Let’s stabilize your operations. Let’s prepare for your future.
Let’s stop breaking your back and start building your legacy.
